Job Title: Automotive Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety for our customers.

Pay:

Base Salary PLUS bonus based on performance – paid weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Keep detailed records of all services performed and parts used for accurate billing and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of automotive technology program preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus.  If no ASE certification, willingness to become certified
• 5+ years proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role, with domestic, asian and european vehicles.
• Owns professional-grade tools necessary to perform automotive repairs effectively
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to learn and use modern shop management and communication software
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
